Default 19's or 18's

I've been hearing to different stories about what better for handling. I'm looking to get 19's for sure now, but people tell me that handling will be worse? What do you guys think?

The handling with 19's is fine for the way I drive...and I drive fast around the turns! I just wouldn't try autox with 19s...you could scratch them up.

I have 18's and love the handling I can't speak for 19's being worse but 18's with T-1S's work well 225 f/ 255r

You had to roll the fenders to fit 255 in ther rear, right??? And did you do them yourself, or how'd you get them done? Thanks

Yes the rear fenders are rolled. I had this done at the body shop while they were putting on my bumper and sides they did a great job and the wheel hop almost all went away.

farajfad,

I'm from your neck of the woods and if your IS is your daily driver like my SC is, don't go too big. I got 17's for mine and *knocks on wood* haven't bent anything yet. You go much bigger and one pothole will eat your couple thousand-dollar investment.

The difference in handling isn't that much different. The bigger the better right Go with Tein Coilovers because there's nothing like adjustability.
