You can run up to 20" wheels and tires very easily on your IS. Did you have a diameter in mind?

The tire size is too tall IMO for your application. Depending on the width and offset on the wheel, I would consider either tire size 225/35-20 of 245/30-20.

What is the offset and width on the Boss wheels you are looking at?

The 8.5 +35 will certainly work but you should not stagger your tires since your vehicle is AWD. I suggest running tire size 225/35-20 with those wheels and on all four corners.

Staggered is OK...but get 235/35 fronts and 275/30 rear.

i take it the current setup on the Ace rims ideally wont work?

And the offset for the boss rims is +38mm offset and 8.5 width. Will that work with its current tires and all, without any rubbing or what not..

Boss Rims 5 x 114.3 size:20"
Tires 245/35 ZR20
+38mm offset and 8.5 width.

Also on 20" rims how many click would I get.. now I get 416KM ish (260 miles) on a full tank of gas..what will my fuel drop to? IF there even is a drop :S

You can run the ACE wheels I just don't recommend the staggered setup. The 20x8.5 +35 or +38 will work on all four corners. I would not go with the 245/35-20 tire size as it's 1.75" taller in rolling diameter which can have an affect on your ABS/Traction control. Go with 245/30-20 or 225/35-20 just be aware that the 245 is the widest you can go without having to make fender mods/running neg. camber.

offset +42
Tires: 225/40ZR18

I think they'll look pretty good. The only thing I don't like about the new 18" set-up is that the wheels will sit in the exact location as your factory wheels. I like packages that are almost flush with the fenders.
