Default Michelin Pilot Sport A/S ride comfort?

I'm considering these tires for my 07 GS350 with the 18" rims. Do these tires provide a soft ride, or are they more performance oriented? Also how are they on noise?

I don't like the stock Yokohama's at all - they're very noisy and give a harsh ride.

Look into Toyo or Hankooks... They are way cheaper and quiet and comfortable.
