this is clearly a fender damage

when he says "i barely rub"

that's when it's doing the damage
you don't think metal fender & plastic moldings will not cut through rubber?

Agreed! I think it's fender cuts as well!

I am buying new set of Toyo tires in a few days, and will not install them until I get my coil overs installed and fenders slightly rolled in the front, and rears shaved.

I noticed you are buying your tires from a local shop instead of tire rack this time around. Is it because of the out of round tires you got last time?

Its still safe to use the Yoko's its not cut all the way within I'm pretty sure...Shave the rears and cut the tab on the fronts(where it meets the bumper) you should be set

No not at all, I just ordered Michelin PS2's for my M5 from Tire Rack.

For the 19's on my GS, I came across Toyo's that I really liked, but they were being sold in Saudi Arabia ( which is half hour drive from here right across the border )

Tire Rack do not sell Toyo's!

Michelin PSS (replacement for PS2) will be out in a few weeks.
