Squishing sound when breaking - GX460

I bought the GX460 two weeks ago and when ever i apply the breaks i hear a pretty loud squishing sound? Is this normal, dealership said it is, but it sounds pretty loud and is quite annoying.

im assuming your saying that this noise is coming from the tires? what type and size tires are you running?
