we can get the all-season tires, but the prices suck since we only get them by special order (we don't buy a lot of all-seasons, so the price isn't very good) so I thought someone else would be more suited to handle your request, at least from a cost standpoint.

Thanks for trying though guys

I too was looking for the entire tire and wheel package together and appreciate Peter's upfrontness about the pricing they get for the tires.

I think the only way to work this out is to buy the rims from Peter (if you feel it's a good deal and you are ready) and just have new tires mounted on them at your local tire shop, as well as installed.

Whoever has these Lsportline Model IV wheels already installed on their vehicle, please post more pics, so we can make a decision. Wheelexpert's website has some good ones, but I need more!

Thanks!

I'm hoping to make my decision today...Very tough choice... This is much more affordable than A/X Style LK and Bersaglio Spoke III but the other 2 look much nicer.....

I suppose it is a similar wheel, but the lownehart one is exactly the same, but it does come in 20"

So basically you can go with 245 tires on all 4 wheels with the LSportline Model IV - 18"s without any modification or complications? It seems they will fit fine.

245/40/18 is the recommended size.

I'm a little ignorant when it comes to offsets and spacers. IS the LSportline Model IV single piece a simple swap with the original wheels or are spacers needed?

Also, according to my calculations, by going from the stock 17" wheels with 235/45 tires to 18" wheels with 245/40 tires, you're losing 7.75mm of sidewall height (105.75mm for the 235/45 tires versus 98mm for the 245/40 tires) which is basically .3 inches. Is my calculation correct?

I was concerned about the lower profile in tires on the 18s but if it's only .3 inches difference in sidewall height, they should be able to survive in NYC as well as the stock 17s.

Thanks.
