the closest to 165 on 10" rim I could find is 175 /60/ 14 on 10"

Um, you still have to get the tire on the wheel which 99% of the time requires a machine or pry bars...

That part is not eliminated, only the airing up portion...

for the record, that tire would have easily seated with a good blast of air pressure, as most proper tire machines are capable of...
