Mike,

This is how it'd look like:
8.5" rim with +38 offset.

That 19x9 +42 with a nitto 245/35 should come out about 0.0925"...hopefully that looks good...

Jacon: great pics!

Just a side note: Mike originally asked about a first-gen GS: the first-gen car has a tiny bit more room outside of the wheel mounting surface, so his results will be a 'hair' different from the photos of the second-gen car.
