ADR Sterling are the inexpensive copies. They look nice thou but may be pretty heavy.
ADR/Golden Apple distribution does support their products and if they fit your budget then go for it. If you can, try and get the real tuner wheels thou.

And.... I would suggest the TDC wheels...versus the chrome. Chrome ADR wheels tend to chip and flake fast in high heat.

The Lowenharts are the real deal...ADR's are just your typical low end brand...popular with the ricer crowd (cuz they're cheap).
You can find used BR-5's...I think Cong was selling his 19's a while back (to get 20's)...
