By the way, I forgot to mention how light these wheels are, 22 lbs each.

If these were made by Lexus of Japan... Why would Longo purchase these from that guy? Wouldn't they rather get it from the source, Lexus of Japan themselves since these are suppose to be factory optional????

Yes dkny_112, I saw those on eBay. Originally I didn't want to post the link and get into a bidding war with CL people on eBay but the guy has multiple sets available. Here are links to the 4 auctions for those wheels.

The guy that's selling them told me he has a lot available and that he already sold 200 to Longo Lexus but he expects them to buy more.

Manaray, I sent an email to Steve Ganz and he's trying to get info from his Japan connections to see what he can find out.

They are not made by Lexus of Japan. Look at the 3rd pic in my original post. They are made by Central Wheel Co for Lexus of Japan. I emailed Steve Ganz from Carson Toyota (one of the CL vendors) and asked him about them and he told me that they are "an OEM accessory wheel, an option much like they sell over here for Toyota". It's not a factory optional wheel but something the dealers can offer customers.
