5x130 to 5x114.3 is considered a major drill & fill; this scares the crap out of me.
The problem with the Porsche Turbo wheels is that they are non-directional; they look like they are spinning the wrong direction on one side of the car.
Your best bet is to have a custom spacer/adapter made, 5x114.3 60.1mm on the "hub" side, 5x130 71.5mm snout on the "wheel" side. Thickness will have to be determined by whatever offset those wheels are. They are probably something like 19x8.0 +45, and most spacer/adapters need to be at least 25mm thick to 'cover up' the stock studs. You'll have to do some measuring and some math. Also, you'll need ball-seat lug nuts to interface with the Porsche wheels.
They just look like Porsche wheels on a Lexus, frankly pretty odd... not worth the effort and investment, IMO.

The owner of the car specifically mentioned an adapter in one of his posts, even gave a price for a set of 4.
Hearing that the don't change their directional orientation is a little worrisome though. That would look odd.
