GS and IS rims

I have a GS400 and planning on replacing my stock 17" rims. My sister owns an IS300 and was wondering if she could install the rims on her car? Please advise.

The only difference between the IS and GS wheel is the width. The IS is 7 inch. and the GS is 8 inches wide.
