95 ls400 tire help. new wheels

Jus got MRR GT1 wheels for my car 19x8.5 +35 and 19x9.5 +45. Planning on dropping car about 2" all around towards the end of the month when funds permit. Any tire and wheel spacer reccomendations for wheels without having to modify fenders or minor shaving would be okay. Thank You!
