This may be a dumb question, but I'll ask it anyway. Why are all the hot JDM wheels badged with such German-sounding names as Zauber, Kranze, etc., hell, even Dronell!!???

Well in the initial research I did before buying the Zaubers, I discovered that Zauber was traditionally made for German applications. From what I gathered, although it is a JDM wheel, it was not always available in a
114.3 bolt pattern. If you look at the Wheel Power site(so called US distributor of Zauber) the bulk of all of their wheels are for German apps. I dont know about Kranze or Dronell. Keep in mind that alot of wheel "lines" are not self manufactured. A single manufacturer may be responsible for the production of several lines of wheels.....(I.E. Arrow enterprises, Rays, etc.....I think Weds may fall into that mix as well...)
