Default New Tire Suggestions Please

Have a 06 is250. Have Potenza's on there right now and they are insanely noisy and you can feel everything on the road. I want a quiet tire that actually can take some bumps without me feeling it every time. Thanks for your input!

i've tried hankok ventus v12 and continental extreme contact DW(summer tire)
i like them both. both are pretty cheap and have pretty good wet/dry traction. they are pretty quiet too.

if you have money, a lot of people told me to get michelin pilot super sports, they are pretty expensive but are supposed to be one of the BEST tires. very very quiet and sticky tires with very long life

Pretty much exactly the above.

V12 or DW depending on what your pricing is for either....(at the time I got mine the Hankooks were significantly cheaper, even moreso with an $80 rebate they were running)... or if $ is no object the PSS.

If you have the 17" wheels you may be able to look into some touring tires as opposed to performance. I have the Bridgestone RE970AS Pole Position on my IS and have be relatively pleased with the ride comfort and road noise. However, with a 40 series tires finding low noise and a soft ride is quite difficult as most tires are performance oriented and most have directional tread patterns. But some of the best are Continental Extreme Contact DW, Bridgestone Potenza RE760 Sport, Michelin Pilot Super Sport and if you have the 17" wheels the best ride would come from the touring tire Michelin Primacy MXM4.
