Default Is this a good deal????

I just bought some 20" hypersilver Dronell CA-05's off of Ebay for $800. They are willing to sell them with 245/35/20 Nitto's for $1680.00. I am trying get them to come down, but as is, is this a good price? (I think it is)

Big question is how much in shipping.

Once you mount rubber on those rims, you are going to have a hefty shipping bill.

It may be cheaper to buy tires locally and then have them mounted and balanced so that they are warrantied near you.

What is an average cost to get the tires mounted and balanced? Most 20's in that size cost at least $1K.

You should shop around your neighborhood before making a decision. Then ask what the shipping different would be from the ebay seller you are dealing with. My bet is that the addition 100lbs is going to make shipping ridiculous from LA to Atlanta.

Thats a real good deal for rims and tires for 20" Dronell's. Shipping will probably run you somewhere in the $200 range

go online to www.freightquote.com

they ship anything in this size (cheap! use a pallet)

My rep is Connie Edwards I ship 100 Class (2 day shipping cheap)

You'll probably find they can do it for $100 if u can get these shipped to a BUSINESS!

BUSINESS TO BUSINESS is very INEXPENSIVE with freightquote.com

good luck

Default Shipping cost

The shipping is just $100. I'm going to go ahead and buy the wheels w/ the tires.

If I did my math correct the tires are costing $880.00. Are they used? Once you add shipping your talking $980.00 for those tires. Once again are they used, if so that is to much for used tires.

No, they are brand new tires. But I am not hearing good things about Nitto 555's. I going to see if they have any other brands of tire.

Nitto 555 are extremlely LOUD and WEAR out very quickly.
( I hated them on my Lexani 18's)

I'd also stay away from YokoHama Parada (V1)

I'd recommenned a tire with a HIGHER treadwear rating preferably in the 300+ range

I have Toyo Proxies, I'd recommened them!!!
Good tread life and quiet~

Both NITTO 555's and YOKOHAMA PARADA's have a 300 AA rating.

no problems with my 555's at this point. They are a little loud, but with proper rotation, wear has been excellent for me

Both tires are poor tires...Are you defending them?

I wouldn't

I recommened Toyo Proxies or Dunlop SP Sport 9000
