Supra NA rotors fit stock rims?
Will Supra NA rear rotors and pads fit with the stock 16inch Chrome sc300 wheel?

Not even close... the caliper overhang is what kills you (1.550" or about 39mm).
In fact, many aftermarket 17" wheels don't fit- you need a 'high disk' application for the front wheels. This allows for the taller caliper overhang... Time to spend some $$$
