No all season tires will be "great in snow".
That being said, Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 are the top rated UHP all season tire in Consumer Reports.

hmm…i did ask the tire company about these after researching and he said he doesn't like to sell Michelin tires anymore because of the wear.
The inside of my front tires have worn down so bad I had to throw the spare on one to get me home and not thats flat.
they suggested Bridgestone as being a better tire?
thoughts?

I was researching this as well for my IS250 RWD car and read that the Continental DWS was a great tire. Any thoughts about that one?
(I am moving to Boulder so there will be more snow than where I live now)

Depends on what you are looking for performance wise...
Pilot Sport A/S Plus great tire if you want amazing handling and a really stiff ride, RE970A/S, same great handling, also a relatively stiff ride, DWS is good in the snow, but lacks some handling and wear, tons of other options as well...
In Boulder, if you really need to get around in the snow, your only real option is winter tires, either get them swapped every season or a dedicated set of wheels...
