18" fit in spare tire wheel well?

Will an 18x8 wheel with a 245/40WR18 tire fit ok in the GS400 spare tire wheel well? Wanting to match my spare to my main wheels, just curious if it will fit ok.

i think i did that before and it went. i tried a 245/35/20 and it oh-so-barely goes in, but you can't put the trunk liner back on for some reason

Probably because it's a wider wheel?
