I test fitted my GS wheels (20x8.5 +38 and 20x8.5 +37 with a 245/35-20 and a 275/30-20) and they rubbed on both the front AND rear...and that's with stock height...it rubbed when the wheels had to tuck under the fender (like going up a driveway at an angle)

The rear should work ok...the front, definitely will rub when it tucks...you need like a 20x9 +42 or +43 or so...the SC can support deep offsets because there is no suspension upright to get in the way...

Wait and get the right offsets, right wheels...
