OH, so the whole wheel is chromed? OK, I misunderstood your earlier statement:
I thought you meant the lip had NOT been chromed, and thus, was only polished.
Yeah, definitely, the chrome is peeling. Return the wheel to the vendor that did (or did not) chrome them (I'm fuzzy on this now) and have them redone.
Shoot, just have all of them pulled off and polished.

The wheels where originaly chromed from the factory. The inside of the wheel well is not chromed. Only the lip and the spokes are. Before I was thinking only the spokes are chromes. I guess I was wrong. I will probably buy a spare rim for $800 sometime in the summer. It doesnt look that bad now unless you are looking for it. I would still like for somone do take this rim apart and rechrome the lip and seal it back together. Anyone have a shop in mind. I can send them out its no big deal...
