Bob, the bottom line is that I think HRE makes some of the best wheels around. But I also know that iForged makes excellent qaulity wheels. As for magnesium being brittle, titatium is also brittle. Also, from what I heard about the new Rays wheel, it is not the same as the older magnesium wheels from other manufacturers. They designed these with street use also in mind. Like I said, I would have bought them if they came in 20". Another "on the edge" wheel I left out is AZEV's (of all brands...how did that happen?) Carbon Fiber wheel...too bad they don't use a forged lip...
As for the other issues, I will speak to you via email about them as I think it's more fit. I originally asked you to email me but I will email you instead.

AgGS - I think your definition of "knock-off" is a little skewed. A knock-off is a wheel that is an exact copy of another wheel. If you were to see these wheels in person, you would be able to tell them apart. Forget about the *little* fact that the # of spokes isn't even the same...the center section ALONE is very different. It's hard to tell from the photos but in real life, you wouldn't mistake the two. Also, both companies make styles that don't look anything like what the other offers. You know as well as anyone else here that knock-offs are the last things I'd buy.
As for my "deals", I don't discuss them out side of close friends...that's usually how most companies like to keep it.

Iforged and wheelsboutique also told me a turn around time of 2-3 weeks, 4 at the latest....
