Need tire pressure guidance
I know that I need 36 psi all around. But, when I put air in the tires to 36 based on my gauges (1 manual, 1 digital) and then get in the car and check what tpms says, it's never the same. In fact, I'll have 37, 38, 38, 38. WTH??
Every time I leave the dealer my tires have 35 psi.
Is it better to err slightly on the high side or low side when I put air in the tires?
Should I always adjust the pressure based on what the tpms says?
Edit: So, after playing around in the garage with the tires. I see that if I leave the car running, the tpms seems to instantly adjust the psi readout. I had no idea. This is my first car with tpms that shows individual tire pressures. I think my questions have been answered.
