Question New Celica Rims

Does any one know if the factory chrome celica rims size 16" would fit a 95 ES300? I believe the offset is 38mm or is that the backspacing? Also what do you guys think as for them being on an ES in the first place. Lemme know.

i like those rims, actually. but on an ES, i don't know how well that'd match. the thin spokes is different from other 5-spoke rims. like the IS 5-spokes has wider spokes, but it's also just a preference, and your own taste and style. if you like the look, then go for it. i haven't seen a photoshop of that yet. ask for them to ps it onto your ES and see how it looks. then post up here and we'll voice some more opinions.

No, it will not fit, since the Celica has a 5x100 bolt pattern.

Lexus IS300 5 spoke rims (the 17") look really nice on the older ES300 (or any ES for that matter).

I have them on my car (1996 ES300) and it not only looks way better than the stock 15" ES300 rims but the whole car handles much better. You'd swear the suspension had been beefed up after you swap the rims and tires. I have the stock Bridgestone Potenza tires that came on the rims right off the IS300.

I got them on ebay for $450 plus $100 for shipping. Also you have to use the IS300 lug nuts, this ran me an extra $200 with the locks. The stock ES300 lug nuts stick out way to far with the IS300 rims.

The picture attached is of a 1997 ES300 before and after with the rims (done in PhotoShop). I don't have a picture of my 1996, but can take some if asked.

I've seen more than one ES with IS rims in my area. Looks nice.
