I've seen too many 80-something Caprices on 20's around here, even a few with 1 or 2 20's and 2 or 3 steel wheels. WTF!

Must be on the installment payment plan, paying for them one at a time

Speaking of mid-80's Caprices, this was posted a few months ago, but some of the newer guys might enjoy it:

http://www.bigchrome.com Go to the "Gallery," and you'll see plenty of full-size GMs on insanely large (possibly 24") wheels.

From the looks of the guys I've seen, stealing them one at a time might be more likely. That Caprice on big chrome is hideous, 20's aren't quite that bad, but the car's profile is way too small to pull off 20's.

Go ahead, carry a cheap little digital camera in your car and snap some shots...then email 'em...maybe they'll start a special section just for us!

Hey Manaray, I'm rushin like hell to get my MTV Cribs wheels off my car! I still like chrome, but I just want some 5spokes, kinda tone it down from the dish look. When I get new wheels, I will post pics of the current wheels in the special section, and laugh at myself!! Hey, I take solace in the fact that I KNOW BETTER, many idiots with these 2 dollar 20s dont!

BTW- that link went to some kind of search engine.

And just to keep it going, I went by the shop to return some incorrect sized badges that Angel sent me, and what kind of car was there with freshly installed 20s?????

A 1996 MERCURY SABLE!!! What wheels did it have?????

THIS IS SO FUNNY I HAD TO REOPEN THIS THREAD!!! Oh my Gosh, I have tears in my eyes from laughing so hard. I never knew there we that many people that felt the same way I do! I'm from Southern Cali - Lowrider capital of the world. And down there, at least back when I lived down there, The lower, The better. So I still have that old school way of thinking, here in the Bay it a WHOLE 'nuther story! I've seen $4,000.00 GOLD DAYTONS on a Pinto, I've heard sounds about the blow the trunk off of a 1987 crx, what is the point????? Prior to finding CL I have only seen ONE nicely done GS, (by the way 1SICK it was on 18's) - I was starting to think I had grown old or something and lost touch with the times.

D - You are right, DAVIN does a good job at spinners. Really clean, inconspicuous, tastefull and meant for $50K and up luxury vehicles.

[Political_Incorrectness]
I hope I don't hurt anyones feelings, especially if you are from the South but have you seen Three Six Mafia's video "Ridin Spinners" . What a disgrace to the Hip Hop Video Culture. Who would put 22's on a Caprice. The whole car only cost $500.00. I would be so imbarassed to drive that car!!! I would rather have my mom drop me off at school in the Partridge Family Bus!! I F@#$%^& HATE SPPINNERS With a passion - instead of representing, class, taste , or wealth; when I see spinners I think of gold teeth, liquor stores, and strip clubs.
[/Political_Incorrectness]

Whenever I tell people I'm saving up for 19inch this or that rims so I can lower it to the ground. Instead of hearing, Oh I love "HRE 540s" or yeah, "Lowenhart Rims are Niiiiiice" I only get one response.....I'm not even going to say it... you know.

Whew, it was nice to vent....I am so happy to have found Club Lexus. I'm going to pay for membership now

I tell ya buddy, you said a mouthful with that one!! That video is so funny, the guy said stop at the hotel for the most expensive suite, dem THANGS still spinnin as I fill out the receipt!! LOL

I got a better one though, yesterday I saw a 92 325 4door with dull blue paint, and PRIMER GRAY M3 fr bumper, sideskirts, and rr bumper. The car was in horrible condition, and he had 18" ADD ON SPINNERS, you wanna talk about LAME??!!!!

Worst part is the 3 guys that were in there where leaning like there was a shootout occurring!! Everybody with the gangsta lean, even the guy in the backseat!!!
