Ya know, I put a compact supra spare in my trunk since I have one now (replacing the factory spare) and I really think the car sits higher with it in! When I compare, it seems a bit lighter than the factory full size spare, so I put the full size one back in and it seems to sit a bit lower again now (good!).

Anyone else noticed this?

well i didn't notice the higher and lower part but the supra spare is definitely quite a bit lighter. i have it too

and that's also why you should have coilover, you drop it as much as you want
