Does this look Normal or Abnormal?
Hey guys,
Here's a pic of my rear tires. I had to lighten up the pic so that you guys could see the pic. Someone mentioned Camber to me and I am not sure if I have it.... Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! thanks guys..

It could just be the way that pic was shot, but the rear tires look too overwhelming IMO. Kind of like a 60's musclecar (see below). But if you like how it looks, then that's all that matters.
As far as camber goes, it's really hard to tell from that picture as well. You'll need to have it measured by an alignment shop.

Hey cyclemax and bluelex,
My car was never lowered. heheh I am running 245/35/19 in the front and 295/35/19 in the rear. I don't mind the aggressive look. It's just that I'm afraid my tires are wearing off the wrong way....
Thanks for your comments so far.

i duno if u know who captainbone is but his car looks exactly the same except its a 98 gs3 but that big rear tire appearance is the same. gives u that old muscle car look. i personally think its too much for a lexus but if u like (as captainbone does) then dont worry about it. it doesnt look BAD but it doesnt make the car look better either. thats just my opinion though. do what u want.

my opinion would be anytime you change something that would have affect the camber of the car (like lowering the car and changing the rim size), you should go and get it aligned. it's better to spend $80 now, than spend $600 for two 19" tires a year later down the road when the tires have uneven tire wear . looking at the pic, the camber doesn't look too bad, but it's really hard to tell in pictures. i don't know how much it is in Cali, but in Hawaii, alignment would cost about $80 and up, and a few shops here have machines that handle any rim larger than 17".
