well, find out the small claim court that has jurisdiction(sp?) over this shop and go ahead and file for claim
to support your claim, basically prepare all statement, both oral and written from everyone involved at the shop...let's take care business...

Sorry to hear about this BS. It fires me up just hearing about it. 
I'm sure you wanna go and jerk someone over the counter and beat their face to a pulp!!! 
Why can't people do the right thing? Someone is always trying to get over on someone else! They *****ed it, they should replace it !!!
