The tire service Dept. in Cosco-Plus has a tire rotation policy
which prohibit the worn front tires to be rotated back to the rear.
They claim its the policy they have adopted from tire manufacturer.
Is it true or false ?
Does that means more tire sales will be involved with their exercise ?
It looks like the only time a full tire rotation will be happen is when
you buy 2 or 4 of the new tires.

Am I right ?
