Default ssr opinion

Brandon and cl members

which ssr wheel do you think looks best on black in 18 in

or this one

or this at italia

i am staying with 18 in for better performance and lighter weight and also for i am about to swap my springs over to the daizen slightly stiffer and lower springs as compared to the Ltuned springs

i dont want my ride to suffer more for i have the other braces on and also the daizen sways

any and all opinions welcome and if those who have a chance could goto to thetirerack.com website and bring up a black gs and look at these wheels on the car itself and give me your opionins

thanks

the second wheel would be the only one I would consider. It looks very classy, and brings out the elegance that represents the LEXUS name.

I dunno.. GS is a big car and those ssr's spokes seem too narrow for it.

I like Moda R6, BBS CH and BBS RX. If I have to pick between SSR and Italia, I like SSR better than Italia.

I believe ted920 had the exact same italia's on his black gs300. i think they're even for sale unless he sold them.

The SSR is semi forged, so they are lighter and stronger than cast... the spokes are strong, but the outlip isn't. i've bent two (been replaced) and had them fixed as spares, most deep dish have a hollow lip and it bends from huge impacts. i hit them at 60MPH into a huge pot hole. (any wheel would bend)

Default Best Wheel

In my opinion this is one of the hottest wheels we sell. The combination of the 3 piece look, the huge lip and the anthracite color make this wheel VERY attractive. But besides being one of the nicest looking wheels I have ever seen it is also one of the best made. There is no reason the you can't get great looks and great quality both!

This wheel offers...

- True 3 Piece Construction
- A357 Aluminum T6 Heat Treated Billet Alloy
- Clear Coated Center AND Clear Coated Lip
- Center Caps and Stainless Steel lug hardware provided at no extra charge
