Default 98 ES300 wheels.....

Bought a new to me 98 ES300 came with these rims and tires. Are they to big!? Or are my shocks worn out? When I have more than myself in the car you hear something rubbing. I believe the tire size is 215 55 17. The rims need to be refinished for sure. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

My 1999 es300 has 205-65-15 on it. Stock to me. I am looking to go to 16"s or 17"s with little to no mods, preferably another Lexus rim to retain some stock-like look.

I ended up using wheels from LKQ. Got 16" from a 2003 or 4 Lexus es300. Looks VERY nice!
