Any vehicle with aftermarket brakes such as Brembo or Baer must add $175.00 to jobber pricing due to the extra caliper clearance needed. The following vehicles require an additional $225.00 added to the jobber price: Nissan Twin Turbo, Mercedes, Volvo Turbos, Porsche Turbos, Lexus 430 series , Ferrari, Dodge Viper and Acura NSX.
This extra adjustment takes the price from relatively reasonable to kinda high. MSRP on 19's and 20's is around $640 and $710 according to their site. Not bad at all for retail on a forged rim. But add on that $225 and we're talking about $865 and $935 per wheel. Not the best deal in town...

And imagine if by their language above they mean that the $175 for big brake clearance is ON TOP of the $225 for premium vehicles. That would be just plain silly.

But they do look decent. Except for that red center cap.

The wheels are actually made by Boyd Coddington Jr., the son of the hotrod builder. I believe he runs the wheel division. The wheels are somewhat nice but with all the forged wheels out nowadays you can't really tell who's the best. I'd probably stick to the Volks for quality and value but those BC wheels seem to be a good value and they are backed by the Boyd Coddington name (though it maybe the Jr.) which has been around for a good 25 years.

No advertising allowed by non-ClubLexus vendors. If you wish to become a vendor again, you know the drill.

After looking at those wheels I've changed my mind about the new wheels next year. I love those B06 wheels. I'd love to see a set mounted. A set of 18x9, 18x10 on my platinum SC would be nice.

I'm wondering if only the LS needs the extra caliper clearance, because of the larger calipers compared to the GS and SC. If all 3 (LS, GS, SC) need extra clearance, what about the GS 300? Doesn't it have the same brakes as the GS 430?

not advertising, just informing.

BC Jr, has gone on his own to bring this high line wheel to the market. Their is an obvious night and day difference to the standard Boyd Coddington line. New material, new designs, and a fresh new start. The wheels are built at the Boyd plant, and overseen by BC Jr. There are a few cars out there right now on these wheels. For example 22x9 BC02s on a BMW 745, 22x9 BC10s on a Land Rover, and a handful of 17-20" stuff. Here are two real pictures...'

19" front 20" rear BC 10s 03 vette (my bosses car)

BC is very quick at answering emails and phonecalls. They have been recieving an overwhelming response to these wheels currently, but if left a message they will return it promptly. If you have any questions that I am able to answer on this board I will try to do so.
