Default Tire Pressure Monitor?

Does anyone know whether the new LS will employ an indirect tire pressure monitor(thru the ABS systym) or a direct monitor which measures the actual tire pressure?

I do not know. But I do check mine twice monthly, around the 15th and 30th, with a good gauge. I think the tire monitors on Buicks (my father had one) only let you know if the tire is significantly low. It's not a "gauge" thing with an actual pressure reading. I prefer the more precise method.
