Even bracket was rusted,but new one was about 60 usa $ or about $80 CAD, than we were thinking of restoring bracket to original shape.painted in orange.lol.

Oem shocks ,did great job so many years but now was time to replace them.no more clanking noise and much better stability after replacement.

Removing bolt from rear shock absorber bracket was impossible. We had to remove 3 nuts on bracket and remove bracket with shock.But first we had to cut bottom bolt.

Test was ok truck is running o n 4 new spark plugs and 2 old one untill we figured out how to drill those studs without damaging a flange and metal gasket in between.

Now we are thinking to use carbide drill bit to drill thru broken rusted bolts .has to be carbide only cobalt or titanium drill bit will take forever.

Here was problem HEAR RECOVERY UNIT flange studs were rusted so much that we couldnt remove them.we stoped here .all 3 front spark plugs were replaced here with oem spec iridium Denso and one on the back as well but 2 of them under heat recovery unit were not replaced.

Very difficult was to remove rusting bolts around plenum.there was 3 normal screws holding bracket and on the back is the nightmare to reach one.just be aware.

First you have to remove wipers DANGER DANGER DO NOT CRACK WHINSHIELD IF WIPER DOESNT COMING OUT slowly wiggling will help.

Put wheel back and truck running great no noise anymore.NOTE here this is self adjusting tensioner puley so check from time to time if belt is tight. If you notice that belt is loose than rreplace pulley tensioner.
