New plugs installed... Notice the thin plastic access hole cover held in place with butyl tape... Raised and lowered the window and could discern a lot of (normal) motor noise that was permeating this flimsy barrier. Using a .080" piece of mass-loaded vinyl would decresae wind, road and noise considerably. I believe newer models use a metal access plate.
