This is image of fabricated 1/4" steel block-off plate used to cover ports inside upper intake manifold plenum while series ACIS butterfly valve assembly is removed for extrude-honing .Notice two extra holes bored about 3/16" to accommodate registration pins for butterfly valve assembly, thereby permitting steel plate to fully seal over the upper intake ACIS ports
