So you will need to get yourself a heavy vice and move it close to the door. Unless you want to remove the seat belt from the car and do this on a bench, a heavy vice is advised. I choose not to do this since I wasn't sure if this was going to work. You will need about 15165156 7/32" steel drill bits to punch thought the hardened steel. (You will actually need between 4-6 of them, they need to be SHARP) Measure up about 1/4" up from the hole and mark your spot. Then drill it out.
