2022 Lexus LX 600 Pricing, Options Revealed

The all-new 2022 Lexus LX 600 was revealed recently after an extended wait and to much fanfare. However, while we already know pretty much everything there is to know about the new luxury SUV, Lexus hasn't yet revealed more specific information such as a complete options list or pricing. Japanese car site Creative 311 recently leaked that exact into, however, which gives us a good idea of what to expect when the LX 600 launches next year.

Price Hike?

According to Creative 311, the base trim 2022 Lexus LX 600 will start out at 12,500,000 yen or $108,394 USD, a price that includes a 10 percent tax. That means that the SUV could cost around $97,554, which is a bit of a hike over the previous-gen's starting price of $86,930.

Pricier Trims

Moving up to the mid-range Off-Road trim will set you back at least $111,870, while the Executive will reportedly cost $156,100 - which is a pretty significant gap between the two. That latter price tag will also make the Executive trimmed LX 600 - which features fancy seating for just four occupants - the most expensive Lexus sold in Japan.

Various Details

Creative 311 also posted some images of a 2022 LX 600 brochure, which contains a few interesting details, though it's worth noting that some of the features present may not be available stateside. The brochure lists exterior color options including Sonic Quartz, Black, Manganese Raster, and Telan Khaki Mica Metallic, as well as a variety of wheel sizes up to 22 inches in diameter.

Interior Colors

On the inside, the new LX 600 offers Japanese buyers the choice of Black, Crimson, Hazel, and White/Dark Sepia hues, while the ultra-luxurious Executive will feature truly beautiful semi-aniline upholstery in Black or Sunflare Brown.

Notable Options

Other notable options include Lexus' requisite Mark Levinson sound system, which will set buyers back $2,375, as well as a rear seat entertainment system for $2,489. An F Sport version of the new LX will be available in both Japan and the U.S., but this brochure didn't mention pricing for that model.

Coming Soon

We'll know more about the LX 600 ahead of the SUV's planned launch in Q1 of next year, which may actually be closer to March when the Lexus 'ute is scheduled to arrive in Japan.
