Any RX300 owner loves seeing other owners rack up the miles on their Lexuses. Here are five forum members that prove Lexus is a durable Japanese machine that can go on for almost forever.

Rocking a 1999 Lexus RX300, forum member NyCrAzY bought his luxury SUV from the second owner with 176,093, showing his true faith in Lexus. The first owner that owned this RX bought it in 1999 and put 41,000 miles on it, then sold it to someone who put 132,360, and now this Club Lexus forum Member is taking care of her for the rest of its life.

Club Lexus forum member thomas1 was a proud owner of a 1999 RX300, and the best part about this ownership is that he bought it brand new in 1998. Thomas1 decided to part ways with his RX300 when he sold it with 187,000 miles on it, with only the transmission being the biggest repair he had to do throughout its life, which he replaced when the RX had 101,000 miles on it. On the bright side, Thomas1 sold his RX to get himself another RX, this time it's a 2006 RX400h with 101,000 miles on it so far.

Forum members continue to rack up the miles on their first generation Lexus RX, and this time, Amblyn is shining some light on her 2000 Lexus RX300. So far, the RX has 194,440 miles on it, and Ambyn bought this Japanese SUV with 184,000 miles on it. Ambyln is determined to take this RX onto the 200K mile mark, and small sensor and suspension issues never made her doubt the durability and dependability of this fine automobile.

Gcimatt has owned his 2000 Lexus RX300 for just over a month when he posted about it. The RX has 238,000 miles on it, and he believes it is still running strongly. Fortunately for him, the previous owner of this 2000 Lexus was detailed and took great care of it, and according to its Carfax, he was rather religious with the maintenance intervals. If you ever doubt the first generation Lexus RX300, this particular one will remove all doubt, because it is still rocking the original transmission and engine. Gcimatt's short-term goal is to see 250K miles on his RX's odometer, but we're excited to see him get much more out of his Lexus.

Perhaps the most impressive mileage on a Lexus RX is Dennismtyl's 1999 RX300 AWD. This forum member is not far from having a statue built for him, as he has 448,000 miles on his RX. With almost half-a-million miles, Dennismtyl has only had a transmission rebuild as a major repair, and other than that, the Japanese luxury SUV has been nothing but kind to him ever since he bought it with only 80,000 miles on it. His goal is clear: to reach 500,000 miles and let Lexus swap it with a new one for him, and we have no doubt he will reach this number.
