Halloween Haunts from Lexus Forum Members

Halloween is mostly about dressing up in costumes, decorating your yard, and trick-or-treating for candy, but some cars don't want to be left out of the fun. Check out these Lexus cars and not so Lexus cars shared by Forum members for the spookiest day of the year.

Help, Let Me Out

Like with Christmas, everyone loves seeing the Halloween decorations begin to appear on houses. When cars begin to showcase their bodies in the trunk, you know the holiday has arrived. Take a cue from forum member RDIS250AWD who stuffed a body in his trunk. A fake body, that is. Try to make it as fake as possible or you might find yourself pursued by flashing lights and sirens.

More Bodies in the Trunk

Forum members leek and greg0126 had the same idea in mind. The takeaway from this trend seems to be that the Lexus offers a trunk roomy enough for a human body, living or dead. But perhaps the deck lid should have an emergency warning system that prevents one from closing it until all limbs are safely tucked inside.

That's Death Approaching

Forum member DatsunMe has a theme going on for his Lexus. With a skull emblem on the grill and a matching one on the shifter, this driver ready to intimidate someone on the road. If you decide to steal this idea on this Hallows' Eve, be sure to dress up as the Grim Reaper. That will surely impress everyone, or scare them depending on their coward meter.

Nightmare on Hood

It seems leek is the person to go to for Halloween ideas. This freakish skull breaking through the hood can only be from Nightmare on Elm Street. This mod will certainly get some looks (and smiles) in the parking lot. It is a clever way to show your love for Halloween with your car.

I'm Going to Suck Your... Oil?

The shark teeth costume is done and overdone, now it is time for vampire fangs to get some love. I don't know if people will be paying attention that closely, but you can't mistake it parked next to its potential victims. It is a simple way to let people know what month it is.

For a look at members' responses to this simple mod and the ones before it, check out the 2011 thread here

Anybody Got a Napkin?

Forum member H60Driver took it one step further by forgetting to wash up after chowing down on one or more of his victims. Not sure if this is paint or ketchup, but this guy's got some work ahead of him the day after Halloween.

Street fighters vs. Lexus

This is what you get when you convince your friends to all dress up for Halloween. The Lexus isn't front and center, but it was a part of forum member DonCorleone's Halloween theme. If you find a way to convince your friends to do something like this, don't forget to take pictures with your Lexus and post them here on ClubLexus.com.

Lexus Prop

While not as impressive as the Street Fighter crew, this member really knows the value of featuring his Lexus. Forum member quarius decided to be Stig from Top Gear and used his Lexus IS F to sell his costume. Now that is a perfect image of a Lexus on Halloween.

Drive What?

PhilipMSPT asked other forum members if they would ever consider owning a hearse. Before the hairs start rising on the back of your neck, it does have great gas mileage, fast performance and is reliable. What more do you need from a car, right? Well, just hope there isn't a dead body in the back. So while it has nothing to do with Lexus cars, it's still a puzzling question, even in October when all bets are off for weirdness.

Want to bring this thread back to life by sharing your opinions about driving a hearse? Tell us how brave you are in this 2008 thread here

The Gift Before Christmas

This forum member posted pictures of his RC on December of 2015, but this orange beauty was picked up on Halloween. There is no better way to celebrate Halloween than to give yourself the gift of a Lexus. This forum member visited the dealer a few times before driving it off the lot, so whether he had Halloween in the back of his mind when choosing the color is unclear. Still, it was a perfect color for the day he took it home.

Another forum member with the same color Lexus added a pumpkin sunshade. If this was a red or silver car, it might not have had the same effect. Planning to buy an orange Lexus before Halloween or already own one? This is a great way to bring attention to your car this Halloween.

Dammit, Tommy, You Drove Last Time!

This was probably the wrong place to leave your car, but what could be a better way to celebrate Halloween than a group of zombies crashing your party? Too bad the owner of this car isn't going to get home anytime soon, at least not unless he's got an Uber account and a chainsaw. Or a samurai sword.

Custom Carvings

Wishing ClubLexus forum members a happy Halloween, Gustavo250 and his girlfriend carved a pumpkin with the logo on top and "Lexus" underneath. This is either true love between a forum member and his Lexus, or someone who keeps other Lexus fans in mind to take the time to carve a pumpkin and then post it the night before Halloween.

So, as Gustavo250 so nicely put it in 2010, "Happy Halloween :)", and don't forget to show us your love for Halloween and your Lexus here in the forums.
