Going Dark (Mostly)
Lexus' Black Line Edition has always presented a nice series of visual upgrades for buyers. However, for the 2020 model year, the automaker wanted to jazz things up even further. Thus, they're rolling out an additional Black Line Special Edition option for the NX300, and both are now available on FWD and AWD models. Either way, you go, these packages offer up a number of interiors and exterior upgrades.

Series of Firsts
The 2020 NX300 Black Line Special Edition builds on the Premium Package with exclusive new 18-inch bronze-finished wheels accented by color key over fenders – a first for the NX lineup. Buyers can opt for three different colors on their special edition NX as well - Eminent White Pearl, Nebula Gray Pearl, or Matador Red Mica.

Classy and Understated
No matter which color you choose to go with, every Black Line Edition Lexus NX comes equipped with a blacked-out version of the brand's signature grille. It's framed by a black surround as well. Finishing off the dark exterior treatment is a set of black fog lamp housings and black exterior mirrors, which give the NX a classy and understated look.

Moving Inside
The new bronze theme continues to the interior of the NX Black Line Edition with exclusive bronze stitching on the seats, center console, door trim, floor mats, and key gloves. Once inside, you'll also notice the black headliner, as well as additional upgrades including heated and ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and Lexus Memory System.

Limited Run
As is typical with recent Lexus special edition models, the 2020 NX300 Black Line Special Edition is also very limited, with just 2,000 examples available for the 2020 model year. Those who opt for the front-wheel-drive model can expect to pay $44,710, while the all-wheel-drive model will set you back $46,110 when the new Black Line NX goes on sale in November.
