Lexus RX Looks Sinister With WALD Visual Upgrades

Boost of Attitude

It's not often that the general public sees the Lexus RX as anything more than a practical, reliable, and stylish SUV. The RX is the Japanese brand's best-selling vehicle, and for good reason. The SUV is designed with the make's signature comfort and quality at the forefront. For the good people of WALD International, however, the vehicle really needed a boost of attitude.

Audacious Enhancements

Hailing out of Toyota's own home country, the land of the rising sun, WALD has been providing audacious visual enhancements for otherwise tame luxury vehicles for years. And they're no stranger to Lexus models. So it's no surprise that they've had a go at the popular RX.

Ground Effects

As is the case with all WALD body kit designs, the Lexus RX has received a good dose of attitude, albeit with relatively subtle and unintrusive adjustments. The majority of the modifications provided by the body kit are employed to augment what is referred to in the automotive industry as 'ground effects.' To that end, the WALD RX rolls on a set of 22-inch custom wheels and low-profile tires.

Aggressive Stance

The body kit is comprised of a new front spoiler, front duct cover, side skirts, as well as a faux diffusor and tailpipes at the back end. All of these pieces serve to give the SUV a lower-to-the-ground aesthetic. Combined with the huge wheels, the Lexus now has a significantly more aggressive stance.

New Attitude

The modifications here are strictly limited to the looks, though. No work to the vehicle's mechanical elements is involved. Not that the Lexus RX is known for its performance prowess, but those who opt to accessorize their SUV with the WALD kit, should probably think about adding some aggressiveness under the hood as well!
