Legend of the LFA
Since its rollout back in 2010, the legend of the Lexus LFA has continued to grow among automotive enthusiasts across the world. More than a decade later, it's considered a newsworthy occurrence when an example of the Lexus supercar is offered for resale. More often than not, these are garage-kept vehicles, ready to be enjoyed to the fullest extent. This red LFA might be the best one we've seen yet, though. A rare color combo, less than 4,000 miles on the clock, and a one-owner car.
Rare and Red
We can't talk about this V10-powered beauty without mentioning the rarely-seen red paint scheme. The hue might have casual on-lookers mistaking it for a Ferrari. In reality, this 2012 Lexus LFA is more special than almost any Ferrari. And probably more expensive, too!
V10 Scream
The roar of the Lexus 4.8-liter V10 under the hood of the LFA is described by most as the most robust note of any internal combustion-powered car. Even for those who haven't had the pleasure of hearing it in person, enough video evidence exists to make it difficult to argue.
Baby-ed
It's no surprise at all that with only 3,881 miles on it, the LFA looks brand-new inside and out. The black interior features red stitching and accents. This color combo nicely complements that of the exterior. The 553 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque on tap are at the driver's disposal, who will have a nice view from behind the carbon fiber steering wheel.
Out of Illinois
Being a one-owner vehicle, this LFA comes with all the documentation a collector could want. It even features the car's original production photos. For those who fancy a jaw-dropping, red Lexus LFA in their garage, this one is still available. With a price tag of $849,900, this red 2012 Lexus LFA is listed by Isringhausen Imports of Springfield, IL.
