For months, we’ve known Lexus is bringing something new to the LA Auto Show–and now we have the first teaser of exactly what it will be. This is the first teaser pic of the LF-C2 convertible.

The UBM RC F in the Yokohama booth was the first RC F I actually saw at SEMA 2014. Since the show is all about the aftermarket, some of the booth cars can be over the top. But the execution with this effort was right on.

Lots of writers like fall back on the crutch of mocking Toyota for making “beige” vehicles–but the company’s presence at SEMA was anything by restrained. There was some great product on display from all its divisions.

Lexus has done the impossible, again. Seriously, it’s used Insta-Gram for something constructive! We’ve followed the Lexus Insta-Built Contest from the get-go, so it was killer to get to see the project come together.

This NX started life as a humble press vehicle, but after an unfortunate encounter with a tractor trailer, it was bashed up and retired from fleet duty. But instead of sending it to the crusher, Lexus decided to make it a SEMA car.
