We spent some time a little while back paying homage to the Lexus LFA Code X Racecar. Naturally though. It’s a pee in your pants exciting vehicle, the kind of tweaked out Frankenstein mutant vehicle that you only see once in awhile

It goes without saying the the LFA has one of the best exhaust notes of all time. What the noise of the Aventador lacks in similarity to a race car, it makes up for in similarity to a jet engine.
When I see projects like these – Tuan and Jimmy’s insanely clean LS460’s, I smile. It’s a half grimace, half smile as I think of all the sweat, labor, (loving) hours that went into these LS460’s.
This tidbit of news–that Lexus has registered a 19% sales increase in 2013 in the Middle East luxury segment–came as a pretty pleasant surprise. Specifically, Lexus sold a total number of 37,284 vehicles in the region’s luxury segment.
Through the years, we’ve seen the matte movement move forward into different colors. The trend has been something of a thorn to see develop as the do-all, end-all paint scheme for all things.
Recently, the Canadian Black Book recognized the Lexus GS with their Retained Value award for the third time in a row. ALG also awarded the car with a Canadian Residual Value Awards–Lexus’ second win in as many years. Seeing a trend?
