I had my brother in law apply a lot of inward pressure to the quarter panel. While he was doing that I used some self taping sheet metal bolts to hold it in place. This closed the gap to within about 1/8". I popped rivets in place and removed the self taping bolts. The door seals fit great. I'm really glad I replaced this panel.
