Making a little pallet to house the diff during shipment. Cusco is going to set the diff up and ship it back with Cusco gear oil and a clean bill of health. Converted to RS style with soft settings for street use.

With the top off. It’s made of wood I had laying around. Old crummy 2x4s, a nice little scrap of birch pluwood and the brown sheets are a tempered hardboard I got at HD for $5.

Cross Shaft setup for 1.5 way diff. Greatly reduces the amount of lockup available during decel as the cam hits a wall rather than a ramp. As the two halves separate they move outward and increase the clamping force on the plates.

Dirty clutches 9-12oc. Clean clutches 3-6oc. Using some old diesel fuel I had lying around as the solvent. And scrubbing with a stiff bristle brass brush.

Glorious. Need to get in touch with Cusco on how to soften this thing up… it locks so tight. Great for a drift car but not a street car. People think my car is broken when I turn in parking lots and the whole car shakes as the wheels pop when I turn.

Remove stub shafts first. Then remove 8 bolts from the bearing carrier plates and remove carrier plates. It’s a press fit.
