The actual hard part: I'm sorry I lied to your earlier. You need to bend those prongs back into place, which is even harder than prying them out because now you don't have leverage. If you're clever, you can probably find a way with a solid clamp or vise to press them back down. I had to quickgrip mine to a table and lean my 185 pound body on a pry bar to bend them, and that almost wasn't enough. But from here, easy peasy rewind all the steps and you're good!
