Each end of the package tray motor attaches to a cable that is secured with black clips. Pop the closest clip with a flathead screwdriver, then unscrew the black shroud and pull the cable away from the motor assembly. Not a lot of room for gripping the shroud if you have fat fingers (not pictured).
