The hard part: there are three very tough metal prongs that hold the motor together. The one on the side by itself is extra nasty. Find a way to bend them until you can liberate the white bearing cap thing. Needlenose in your dominant hand, secure the motor to your genitals with the non-dominant hand and pry.
